What file format do I get?: 16-bit stereo .wav files. Roblox accepts .wav audio uploads as they are, so there's nothing to convert.
How do I add a sound to my game?: Upload the .wav to Roblox from the Creator Hub or from the Asset Manager in Studio, then put its asset ID in a Sound object's SoundId.
